At Haynes Mechanical Systems we believe that the development of our associates is important in maintaining the highest standard of customer service. At Haynes Mechanical Systems, we know that our success and growth depends on the talent and continued development of our associates.  To ensure that our associates have a voice in their own development, each associate within the first year of their employment will sit down with their manager or supervisor and create a Career Development Plan. This plan is intended to be a road map for your continued development and how Haynes Mechanical Systems can support you in getting there.  Not everyone’s goal is to be a supervisor or to one day run the company….we get that, and it’s OK.  This is simply an opportunity to put an action plan in place to support you in the direction that you DO want to head and help you develop your skills and talents to the fullest.

National Center for Construction Education & Research

The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) “develops standardized construction and maintenance curricula and assessments with portable credentials. These credentials are tracked through NCCER’s National Registry which allows organizations and companies to track the qualifications of their craft professionals.”

Haynes Mechanical Systems is committed to maintaining the most highly qualified HVAC technicians in the industry. As such Haynes has invested in becoming a certified NCCER training and assessment center. Currently in candidate status, we have begun to train our technicians in a regimented training program including company-wide placement assessments to assist with associate NCCER Accreditation.

Internal Training

Our Haynes subject matter experts host many types of training events to continually improve the knowledge of our work force. On a monthly basis our account representatives attend lunch and learns specifically designed to around new and emerging technologies and how they may be a future asset to our customers. Each new hire attends a four hour safety course that is taught by our safety manger. During this course technicians learn about field safety and how each supports the success of others. Separate training sessions are held for Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, refrigerant handling procedures, and other important industry topics. All of our associates are also invited to attend a yearly CPR training from the American Heart Association.

Factory Training & Certifications

Haynes knows the importance of getting our information from the source. That’s why we invest in factory education from many of the HVAC manufacturers and building automation technology companies we see every day.
