Building Automation Service and Support

TYPES OF SYSTEMS:

Haynes is able to support programming and service for 25+ brands of building automation systems in the market including Niagara, Trane, Siemens, JCI, Alerton, Delta, and many more.

OUR MODEL:

Our goal is to support your current BAS infrastructure while establishing a path to move your building away from the handcuffs of a proprietary system.

We integrate open protocol systems like BACnet, Lon Works, and Modbus.

If integration is not feasible, we provide a path to a new system not based on like-for-like, but based on current building use, Indoor Air Quality strategies, and up-to-date energy and green building standards.

Haynes is able to service mechanical systems and BAS in the same visit = No finger-pointing from multiple vendors.

Building automation retrofit and design

Looking Through a Dynamic Lens

We take a proactive approach to designing systems based on changes in building standards, Indoor Air Quality and your unique business initiatives.

Planning for the future – we’ll keep you informed of the latest offerings of new versions and systems, but we’ll never make your building the guinea pig while the kinks of a new version get worked out.

The Haynes Way

Total systems support for the backbone of your building’s operation

Improves the bottom line

Provides clarity to overseeing your operations

Integrates all the building systems

Enables our clients to operate their building automatically and remotely

Detects potential operational anomalies before they occur

Has the capacity to collect data and energy monitoring

Due to the ubiquity of IoT (Internet of Things) coupled with the advances in building technologies, BAS (Building Automation Systems, Building Automation and Controls and Building Management System) has become the brains and backbone of your building’s operation. BAS enables your entire facility to be automated and monitored remotely.

Properly synchronizing, integrating and analyzing the totality of the building’s operations can be daunting, but if you rely on Haynes, we have a proven track record of streamlining your systems so it is dependable, user-friendly and cost-effective. For example, we can integrate HVAC with lighting and security, which enables buildings to provide RTEM (Real Time Energy Management) on occupancy, lighting and temperature while saving energy.

We are brand manufacturer agnostic; we don’t push a specific brand manufacturer nor pigeonhole our clients into a proprietary system, which tends be inflexible and costly to maintain.

Our approach: to conduct operational audits on the environment and current state of the systems, based on our findings and variables such as system adaptability, data integration, ease of use, price and customer service, we then recommend installing one of the preeminent open-protocol BACnet™ platform, non-proprietary technologies. This adoption, facilitates the migration path from obsolescence to a state-of-art system to ensure that your building always operates in real-time, increasing responsiveness, security and savings.

Client Services beliefs:

The Client Service’s Experience

Haynes derives data via the IoT / BACnet™ (Internet of Things) connection to BAS-Building Automation System (BAS, EMS, BMS, etc.)

Some of Client Services’ KPIs (Key performance indicators)

HVAC overall performance, air quality, efficiency and comfort. Based on the findings, Client Services collaborates with technicians to ensure that these KPIs and the facility as a whole are performing at peak levels. That is, using real-time energy management we share data via our KPI dashboards with our team to achieve optimal levels.
