FOUNDER & PARTNER

A native of Waltham, Massachusetts, Fred graduated from Norwich University in 1958 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management. He received the Distinguished Alumnus Award in 1988 and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate of Engineering Management in 2003.

Fred founded Haynes Trane in 1968 and now serves as the Chairman of Haynes Mechanical.  Over the years, Fred has served in a variety of leadership roles both in the professional and academic setting.  Two of his ongoing philanthropic projects are Christ Church and Norwich University. He enjoys golfing, studying nautical charts of Cape Cod, globe-trotting, doting on his wife, seven grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.

Kraig graduated from Bates College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. He was a Bridgton Academy Trustee from 2003 – 2009 and inducted into the Bridgton Academy Hall of Fame in 2010.

From 1985 to 1996, Kraig held a Board of Governor’s Seat and served as the Director, and President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of ASHRAE. Throughout his career, Kraig has made it a mission to elevate the greater Denver community by co-founding and serving on several of the boards of successful faith-based organizations.  Some of his ongoing passions are  Masters Apprentice Program, Belay Enterprises, Save Our Youth, and Haynes University.  He is currently the President & CEO of Haynes Mechanical.  Outside of work, Kraig is a devoted husband, father, grandfather, gardener, golfer, sea explorer, skier, and dog lover.

Terry, originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, embarked on his Haynes career in 1976 as an Apprentice Technician.  He is a graduate of the Denver Institute of Technology.  Since his early days at Haynes, he has worn many hats including the following: Service Technician, Service Supervisor, Operations Manager, Sales Professional, Sales Manager, General Manager, and his current position as Vice President. His culmination of professional experience has afforded him the ability to provide perspectives from all levels of our business.  His technical, sales, and managerial skillset has enabled him to develop meaningful relationships with many of our valued customers. He has worked with Families First for over 15 years and has supported the Wounded Warrior Project since 2011. Terry is a passionate husband, father, grandfather, oenophile, and cycle enthusiast.
