Haynes Mechanical Systems is comprised of teams of professionals in many different roles within the company that believe in, and are dedicated to, our mission of service. We are loyal to our clients and, no matter which team you are working with, we are committed to servicing our customers’ needs. It is through cross functional collaboration we are able to provide the level of service necessary to truly consider our services a partnership with our clients. These teams consist of representatives from our account management, operations, finance, and administrative staff.

Customer Focused Account Management

From the first interaction and on, we have committed representatives that work with you to ensure we are providing services that cater to your unique needs and objectives.  Our representatives are a resource of information collaborating to bring the best solutions to the table. We partner with you and align our goals to achieve solutions together as a partnership.

We have dedicated individuals that work in Customer Assurance Review and Evaluation (CARE) in an effort to continually improve our services and be sure you have an outlet for feedback and communication. We have experts in mechanical technology and energy services available to help define and achieve goals, ultimately working to reduce your cost of ownership.

Service Oriented Operations

It takes the collaboration of many people in this area to orchestrate all the moving parts necessary to provide our mission of service. The front line people consist of technicians, who specialize in many different areas, service supervisors and project managers who team up together to deliver superior service. Every associate at Haynes understands and is encouraged to work as if they were the owners of each building they service. We assign primary and secondary technicians that know your building inside and out and are able to work efficiently and effectively to achieve your goals.

Your main point of contact during business hours for service calls is our dispatch team who also builds relationships with our customers and knows the buildings we service. After hours we have service supervisors and skilled technicians available through our on-call service should any emergencies arise. We have a dedicated logistics team that supervise and coordinate mechanical parts, equipment, and personnel to make us more efficient and able to deliver faster service. From our operations manager to our most recently hired technician, we are all focused in creating superior outcomes for our clients.

From finance to contract administration there are many individuals supporting our associates and customers to provide the best possible experience in all the moving parts of our services. All of these associates are available to our customers for any questions, concerns, or suggestions.
